Before ordering your first load of Masters Circle hay from Eastern Townships Acreages, here is some payment information you may need or find useful.

Client Contracts

• Clients who sign a year long contract will benefit from a fixed hay price throughout the year, though transportation costs may vary. 
• Additionally contract clients will receive priority in delivery schedules.
• Please do note that contracts are available in a limited number so best inquire today if you are interested.

Payment Options

• No cash.
• No checks.
• We accept only electronic wire transfers.

Shipping Process

• No truck may come and pick up hay without authorization from Eastern Townships Acreages.
• No truck will leave before the electronic wire transfer is confirmed and received.
• No truck will be scheduled before the electronic wire transfer is confirmed and received.
• There is a lead time of a minimum of 5 days for order treatment after the electronic wire transfer is confirmed and received.
